What we collect
- Contact details you send us through forms, email or phone.
- Business information you share during a project.
- Basic website analytics, such as pages viewed and device type.
Client system data
When a project requires access to your Odoo, CRM or online store, we use that access for the work you have approved. How we store and delete project data must be confirmed in the final policy.
Where data is stored
The final privacy policy will explain where information is stored, whether anyone overseas can access it and how backups are handled. This draft needs to be checked before publishing.

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@amvatechsolutions.com.au.
Complaints
Contact us first. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
