1. Scope of work
Each project has a written proposal that explains the work, timeframe and price. If you ask for changes, we will quote them separately and get your approval before starting.
2. Payments
- Projects start after the deposit set out in the proposal is paid.
- Remaining payments follow the milestones in the proposal.
- Invoices are due within 14 days and include GST.
3. Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the source code, custom Odoo modules, designs and content we create for you. Third-party licences (for example Odoo Enterprise or Shopify) stay with their providers.
4. Support and warranty
We fix defects in our work reported within the warranty period stated in your proposal. Ongoing support and hosting are covered by a separate agreement.
5. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
